She is known only as Sailorpluto, the mysterious senshi who guards the Time Gate. She had sent Chibi Usa back to the 20th century in order to protect her, and allow her to save her mother and Crystal Tokyo. She communicates with Chibi Usa via Luna-P. She is the one who encourages Chibi Usa to trust in the Senshi, and she cheers up Chibi Usa when she is depressed.
Setsuna, with coming of the Death Busters, received a new mission, however.Here, she revealed that she was also known as Meiou Setsuna. She is one of the Outer Senshi, and on her Time Key is her talisman. This talisman is called the Garnet Orb. When the three talismans are together, they create the Chalice. In this mission to prevent the coming of Sailorsaturn, Setsuna joined Haruka and Michiru.
